Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:

• Domestic Orders: 2–5 business days

• International Orders: 5–14 business days

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. The Vault is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to assist in locating your shipment whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and products. We will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution.
